Is the service call fee refundable?

The $95 service call fee covers our technician's trip to your home and complete diagnosis. If you approve the repair, this fee is applied toward your total repair cost. If you decline, the fee covers the diagnostic service provided.

Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?

Standard service calls during business hours have no additional fees. Emergency and after-hours service may have a premium depending on availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer financing?

What does the warranty cover?
